Formally promoted by the AgroTour Incubator Association of Santa Cruz, a non-profit association of which Biocant is a founding member, this incubator is the result of the commitment and investment of the Santa Cruz Municipal Council.

Biocant Park S.A. is the strategic private partner currently operating the park's infrastructure. Biocant Park is a Science and Technology Park focused on promoting entrepreneurship in the field of Biotechnology and supporting the creation of business initiatives based on the economic valorization of scientific knowledge.
