O Grupo de Biologia Molecular do INIAV utilizou recentemente os serviços de análise transcriptómica da Genoinseq. Para além de terem sido produzidos resultados fiáveis, de elevada qualidade, o suporte Bioinformático foi da maior utilidade. A informação clara, a diversidade de serviços e a disponibilidade da equipa da Genoinseq permite considerar esta Unidade como um verdadeiro serviço de help-desk, o que permitiu alargar esta colaboração a outras parcerias.

Há cerca de três anos que trabalhamos com o Biocant, através da Genoinseq, Unidade de Sequenciação Avançada. Esta parceria tem resultado muito bem, permitindo a publicação de papers em revistas de impacto, pelo que recomendamos este Centro, agradecendo pelo excelente serviço prestado.

Working with Genoinseq, the Next Generation Sequencing Unit of Biocant, has propelled our studies on microbial communities. They are quite professional on the sequencing services and have a high flexible team able to adapt the sequencing and data analysis to our most diverse an difficult samples.

The Molecular Biology Group from INIAV recently used the transcriptome sequencing services of Genoinseq. The results were of high quality and reliability, and the bioinformatics support of the uttermost utility. The clear information, the diversity of services and the willingness of the Genoinseq team makes this unit a true help-desk service, that fostered the collaboration to other of our own partnerships.
