3. MAIN GOAL: <\/strong>The BCheeSE project aims to ensure the traceability, authenticity, and added value of the Serra da Estrela DOP Cheese (QSE PDO) supply chain. It is based on a national partnership that brings together producer associations, R&D entities, companies in the sector, and the Center of Competence for Family Farming and Agroecology. This initiative aims to promote organizational innovation by establishing integrated and innovative approaches to production organization, tailored to the realities of small-scale family farming and multi-crop production.<\/p>\n
