3. MAIN GOAL: <\/strong>The BCheeSE project aims to ensure the traceability, authenticity, and added value of the Serra da Estrela DOP Cheese (QSE PDO) supply chain. It is based on a national partnership that brings together producer associations, R&D entities, companies in the sector, and the Center of Competence for Family Farming and Agroecology. In this line of action, the aim is to consolidate production to improve producers\u2019 bargaining power. To this end, producer organizations will receive training in professional management, organizational innovation, the circular economy, marketing, and foreign trade, thereby promoting the sustainability of their members\u2019 production units.<\/p>\n
